The good news is that there are some sites that are able to access owner records for cell phones. Normally, apart from basic information like full name and current address, you can get additional data that might be of interest. This can be very useful if you receive a call but you don't recognize the number on your telephone or mobile or cell phone.
It is the sad truth that the only place where you are likely to find detailed reverse cell records is within the legitimate paid directories. When selecting a reverse phone directory, make sure they cover cell phone numbers, too.
